China Electronics Industrial Park in Xi'an
Location: Northwest corner of Shangji Road and 10th Caotan Road, Xi'an
China Electronics Industrial Park in Xi'an is an important pilot project for China Electronics Corporation and Xi'an Municipal Government. It’s also a pioneering project for the development of the western region in China. Positioned to be a high-end electronic information technology industrial park, with a total construction area of about 480,000 square meters, it highlights the features of being the cradle for modern service industry, headquarters economy, and cloud computing applications. The project is located in the Caotan Ecological Park of Xi'an Economic and Technological Development Zone. With only 30 minutes' drive, one can get to Xi'an's manufacturing base, logistics base, and downtown of Xi'an.
LOPO provides Terracotta Cladding materials for the latest phase of the office building in the industrial park, and this phase of the project is mainly composed of 4-6 story office buildings. The single building unit resembles stacked gray and white cuboid, with a simple form. The designers use LOPO's 18-mm standard rain curtain system, and dark gray & creamy white terracotta cladding panels. The height of the panel surface is 300cm and the length is 900cm. The standard-sized Terracotta Panels are perfect match for small office and villa projects.
