Extruded Porcelain Panels

High-performance LOPO extruded porcelain panel with a fully vitrified body for modern architectural facades.

LOPO Extruded Porcelain Panels

LOPO Extruded Porcelain Panels are specifically engineered for high-performance building facade systems. They are manufactured from refined raw materials, formed through high-pressure vacuum extrusion, and fired at temperatures exceeding 1200°C (fully vitrified) via a multi-stage precision sintering process. With water absorption strictly maintained below 0.5%, these panels meet ISO 13006 (Group AIa) requirements for breaking strength, freeze-thaw resistance, and stain resistance—offering a durable, protective, and aesthetically refined solution for modern architectural facades. This series represents the culmination of decades of technical expertise in architectural terracotta and our continuous evolution into high-performance porcelain solutions.

Why Choose LOPO Extruded Porcelain Panels

1. High Weatherability

Extremely low water absorption plus a fully vitrified body provides excellent weatherability, extending the life of your facade.

2. Low Maintenance & Anti-Pollution

The dense surface resists salt spray and acid rain. It stays cleaner longer and is easy to clean, reducing long-term maintenance costs.

3. Structural Stability

High breaking strength offers a solid safety margin for facade systems under high wind loads at altitude.

4. Thermal Efficiency & Acoustic Comfort

The hollow core works with a ventilated facade system to lower heat transfer and save energy. It also helps improve indoor acoustics.

LOPO Extruded Porcelain Facade System

LOPO extruded porcelain panels have a grooved edge profile integrally formed along the top and bottom edges. These grooves work with a mechanical anchoring system using fixing clips and support frames. For optimal performance, on-site installation should be coordinated with the building's insulation and waterproofing layers to form a complete ventilated façade cladding system.

The system supports both horizontal and vertical installation, providing architectural flexibility and facilitating efficient construction.

Our technical team can adapt the system based on specific structural conditions or budget constraints to balance safety with cost-effectiveness. We also provide custom fabrication services, including irregular cuts and mitered corners, to streamline corner detailing and speed up site execution.

Application Scenarios

1.Extreme Cold & High-Altitude Regions:

Withstands 100 freeze-thaw cycles without cracking, effectively mitigating the risk of substrate damage caused by ice expansion.

2. Coastal & High-Pollution Environments:

Resistant to salt spray, acid rain, and UV exposure; colors remain vibrant without fading, reducing long-term maintenance overhead.

3. High-Rise Buildings and Energy-Efficient Retrofits

Meets critical requirements for wind load resistance and A1 fire rating. The high breaking strength and hollow-core structure enhance the building's overall thermal performance when used in ventilated facade systems.
