Taiyuan Vanke City
Location: Nongke North Road, Xiaodian District, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province
Taiyuan Vanke City is located in the South Station area, north of South Central Road, south of Xutan East Street and east of Taiyu Road. It covers a total area of about 415 Mu （30000 square meters）and a total floorage of about 950,000 square meters. The project is planned to have a variety of formats, including residential houses, apartments and commercial buildings, of which 37 are residential houses. This project features one of Vanke's "Creating cities with Projects".
In this project, the architects chose three-color (dark gray, dark red, and orange) Terracotta Panels as decoration for different wall surfaces, bringing a vibrant and stylish visual experience to the wall surface, while harmonizing with the residential building’s design in the city.
Vanke is a long-term strategic partner of LOPO China. LOPO Terracotta has become the designated supplier of Vanke's Terracotta Cladding and Clay Tile products in China. Vanke's designers prefer to use Terracotta Panels with different colors for local blending, and design terracotta panels and Terracotta Baguettes with special shapes and textures. By doing so, it customizes exterior wall designs for the marketing centers and ground floor businesses of various projects in Vanke in a unique manner.
