LOPO China supplied four customized beige terracotta battens for the SINOCHEM Headquarters Building in Xiong'an, primarily used on the podium facade. The architects drew inspiration from local "reeds," aiming to "weave" a dynamic and soft mesh with the terracotta rods. To achieve a light, flowing effect, dimensional tolerances in production were minimized. Through precise cutting techniques and an ingenious terracotta rod curtain wall system, seamless connections between the rods were achieved.
